In the Admin Panel, dispatchers have the ability to track all of the incoming bookings in real time. Bookings from the online booking system are automatically added, and the ones that come in via email, phone, Viber or other sources of communication can be added manually. Upcoming bookings can then be assigned to specific drivers.
Driver dashboard
Each driver has an account that they are logged into on their phones while working. When the driver get’s an order from the dispatcher, he/she gets a notification. When a new event happens, the driver moves the order to the next status so the dispatcher always knows the status of every ride.
Performance and exports
Get daily, weekly and monthly statistics and order numbers. Track each driver’s performance, and get detailed ride history. You can also export a .csv table for each driver to make your accounting easier.

Easy Setup
Setting up our system is really easy. Simply place an “Order Online” button on your site that links to the order page. That’s it from your part! This page is hosted on our server, so there is no additional setup needed.
The Order Experience
We wanted to make the order procedure as simple as possible.
- The client types in the addresses, possible pass-by locations and the time of pickup
- Calculated from the above data, the client gets instant quotes for all car types that are not fully booked in that timeframe
- If satisfied with the price, he/she fills out the personal and billing informations and places the order
- A confirmation email is sent with all the details and the order is created in the driver manager dashboard
Admin Panel & Order Management
After an order is placed, it will be visible in the Admin Panel. From here, you can also customise:
- Your logo, the look, color and style of the order flow
- Addresses and zones in which you operate in (you don’t want to get a pickup address from the other side of the world!)
- Available cars and price calculation parameters for the automatic quote system
This product is in early prototyping phase now. This means that we need your ideas and inputs on how we should make it come to life. We made a realistic timeline to the most of our abilities.
