Order Management

Order management is one of the most crucial part of the company's operations. The dispatchers see all the active drivers and cars in real time on a map of the serviceable area. On the right we can see the upcoming bookings and we can assign them to free riders. The system helps us in choosing the right driver. We can also assign bookings in advance.

Admin Dashboard - On the right, you can see all the upcoming bookings and orders in reverse chronical order. After clicking on one, all it's details come up beside. From here, you can assign a driver to the order. On the left, you can select a driver that is free, or will be potentially free by that time.

The dispatcher can see all the orders on the Bookings tab. These either came in from the online booking system or were recorded manually.

Viewing and searching between all the previous rides is possible in the History tab.

The chauffeurs have their own accounts that they are logged into on their phones while working. Here, they see and get notified when a new ride is assigned to them. From then on, they can change the status of the ride one-by-one, until the ride is over and the customer paid. The dispatcher sees all of the changes in his/her own dashboard.

The chauffeur can also see the previous rides that he/she did.

These are the basic statuses, but you can customise them however you like:

Statistics
The dashboard view is only visible to the admin some parts are shown also to the dispatcher. It gives an overview of how your company is performing.
Asset Management

Drivers and cars can be paired together dynamically every day, so each chauffeur can drive a different can each day.

The system is also capable of tracking clients, so you can have statistical data of every ride of your returning customers.

Admin Settings

The admin can change all of the settings of the dashboard and also the online booking system. There include, but are not limited to:

 

  • The language of the dashboard
  • All of the statuses of the ordering procedure
  • The logo and the colours of the company
  • Adjusting the price of the automatic quoting system
  • Adjusting the steps of the automatic quoting system
